Too long waiting time in the restaurant but at a fast drive

Was there on December 19th at around 1.30pm to order food. While I was ordering, I heard an aggressive slim man (employee) in a white shirt cursing and shouting in the presence of the customers. I found it very uncomfortable. I don't have to go there again. Very unprofessional.

At McDonald's at the Bero Center, at most everything is extremely well paid attention to the distance control with mask. Great service, very happy again

Unfriendly staff, requests are not met and the food was cold. Desired article no longer in stock. It's a shame at the price ...

Unfortunately I have to say that McDonald's has lost a lot of quality. That has m.e. As a result, the price-performance ratio is absolutely no longer consistent.

Been there today, consumed on site. Unfortunately the tables are not wiped. The floor was dirty, there were chips and other rubbish on the floor. Sometimes there were fat stains on the floor. Cleanliness looks different, sorry.

Unfortunately, an absolute disappointment in many places was garbage where the employees walked past .. It was not thought necessary to clean tables until after I asked about it .. Coke didn't taste like anything and the branch management ignored it the only thing for what counted was that there were no ice cubes in it .. once ordered without it .. The food was lukewarm and, as usual, things like sauces and toys were missing!

McDonald like everyone else. Friendly staff. What was striking was that despite the corona measures, the tables on the terrace were not taken down after every visitor. This should also happen without corona, but now for sure. So table was sticky. Men's toilet didn't smell very fresh either. So here's some homework to do.

Ordering via app meant nicely but disastrous in implementation. Personnel were only able to deal with the generated pick-up code after numerous attempts. Also, the MA didn't have it with reading ..... instead of being picked up, the food was first made ready for immediate consumption, and then finally packed for take away. Not a word of apology! Thank you ! Never again !!!

At the moment there is a lack of space. Due to Corona. The plastic straws have been replaced with what happened out. Very ecologically thought. The lip / mouth feeling takes getting used to. Thick, rough, light taste of its own - just cardboard. We had to ask explicitly about the straws, because they don't give out any more. Possibly delivery bottleneck ??? Whereby the lid of the cups was missing ... This makes them very unstable at the top. The food was warm and good. The table was cleared but not wiped particularly well. I hope it was just because there was so much going on at the time. Otherwise distance is maintained. 1⭐Duction because of the table and the thing with the straws.

Food was okay. Very, very, very unfriendly employees! Especially the Chinese employee very unfriendly! I would never go there again just for her! She made me extremely angry!

Nuggets are cold and limp in consistency, you can't even call that lukewarm anymore. And from the drive in to me it's a 2 minute drive plus a minute to the apartment. Mess! I don't know how long they were lying around with you. At least the käsedinger were hot and tasty and the clerk at the counter was friendly. The 3 stars mean that everything else is usually okay, but today that was a disaster.

We didn't have to wait a long time for the food and our drinks. That was great, because we were really hungry that evening. The restaurant is always nice and we had a great afternoon there. The staff is always hard-working and polite! The table decorations on the seats and in the entire restaurant are decent and stylish . The toilets are always clean and all in all the restaurant gives a nice impression.

Was there with my grandchildren. The ice cream tastes so good there. Was amazed that it didn't take that long. The staff was really nice.

This is the worst MC restaurant I have visited !!! Dirty and the staff not exactly blessed with friendliness! Without words!!!

Sometimes tables are full of trashes. Kids area can be better/bigger with more attractions. Nevertheless overall I do recommend it.
